Top 5 Tools for Success in Public Education in a Multicultural Society 1. Blogging with other educators Blogging with peers was by far the most helpful strategy in this class. I enjoyed reading different opinions and point of views and being able to share my opinions and experiences as well. Blogging offers a platform to learn and discuss ideas outside of the classroom. 2. Anticipation Guide I found anticipation guides to be helpful and beneficial because it allowed me to alter the way I had been thinking. By taking time to assess my knowledge of a topic before I read, during, and after, I was given the opportunity to shift the way I had been thinking in regard to a certain topic. 3. Do's and Don'ts DO's and DONT'S prompted me to do a lot of research on a topic I am unfamiliar with.
